John Abdulai Jinapor Scholarship Program
Hon. John Abdulai Jinapor is committed to investing in Ghana’s future by supporting brilliant but financially disadvantaged students. Through the John Abdulai Jinapor Scholarship Program, a dedicated fund of GHS 1 million has been established to provide financial assistance to deserving tertiary students.
This initiative reflects the Minister’s belief that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty and empowering the next generation of leaders, innovators, and change-makers.

Administration of the Scholarship
To ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability, the scholarship will be managed by an independent five-member committee.
The committee will:
- Review and vet applications.
- Select beneficiaries based on merit and need.
- Oversee disbursement of funds.
- Provide periodic reports on the program’s impact.
